There is some science mixed in but it is in "plain English" and simple to grasp/5(90). I have five of HGB's books, but this outshines them all. It is *massive* and deals with every problem you'll ever have faced, or will be likely to face, in your life, giving advice in HGB's warm, affectionate, wise and witty way.
